Nova School LEAD Programs prepare ambitious high school students to stand out - in college applications, careers, and beyond. Through hands-on projects, mentorship, and real startup experience, students build real skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, AI, and design thinking - and a portfolio to prove it.

LEAD Internship: The program is 6 weeks long, costs $2,490 ($2,290 early bird), and involves LEAD skills training, mentorship from Nova School, and weekly connects with your manager from the startup. Culminates with a showcase at The LEAD Summit.

AI Entrepreneurship: The program is 4 weeks long, costs $2,490 ($2,290 early bird), and involves daily training from our team and sessions with startup founders. Culminates with showcase at The LEAD Summit where you pitch your product.

There is financial aid for students with need. The program is selective.
